Detailed Instructions:

Step 1. Complete payment.

Step 2. Fill out the Athlete Registration Form above. You will receive an email with further details for completing the emailed Parent/Guardian Consent and Athlete Participation Waiver. This waiver must be completed before you receive anything. 

*Note: On the athlete registration form, make sure you select the items that you paid for in Step 1. We are working to integrate this into a single step. For now, please complete the 2-Step process.
